Personalized Items & Engravings – Non-Returnable
Products that are custom engraved or personalized are exempt from the standard return policy and are non-refundable.

We only accept returns for personalized items if they arrive damaged or defective.
Returns for Non-Personalized Items
As a small business with international fulfillment, we’re currently unable to facilitate returns based on change of mind or preference (e.g. if multiple items are ordered for comparison).
Please note: We cannot accept returns when multiple items are ordered for the purpose of selecting between them. These are not eligible under our current return system.

Why We Don’t Offer Standard Returns
We ship from overseas warehouses to keep our products affordable and accessible worldwide. Because of this, return shipping costs are often higher than the product itself. We hope for your understanding and aim to be transparent about this from the start.
1+1 Deal Policy
Items purchased under a Buy One, Get One Free promotion must be returned together. Partial returns are not eligible.
